PPG Evaluation

MONARCH 21 by BTI is a FDA approved penile plethysmograph (PPG) for sexual offender assessment and treatment.

The MONARCH 21 runs standardized assessments and non-standardized PPG assessments. In addition standardized assessments can include "specialty segments" randomly integrated into a standardized stimulus presentation...all defined by the clinician. The PPG can reveal deviant arousal patterns to better focus treatment, establish baselines and assess client progress.

Arousal Management

For clients who wish to alter and manage their deviant arousal patterns through exploration of the various conditioning methods available. A systematic approach that emphasizes personal responsibility while reinforcing the client/therapist interaction necessary for risk management.
